The solar water pump motor is designed for efficient and reliable performance, featuring a power rating of 1800W and constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel. It uses a high-efficiency BLDC motor with an encapsulated, water-filled design for enhanced cooling and long service life, supported by a robust thrust bearing system. The motor operates at a maximum DC current of 15A and is suitable for submersion depths of up to 150 meters, while handling water temperatures of up to 40°C. With an efficiency of up to 85% and insulation class F, it ensures safe and consistent operation under demanding conditions. The maximum open-circuit voltage is DC 100V, with an optimal operating voltage range of DC 40–90V. Depending on the impeller material, the motor can reach a maximum speed of 4500 RPM with plastic, 4000 RPM with SS304, and 4000 RPM with a helical configuration.
