1.5-inch submersible pump I found, it’s a 3SPW1-11P-A AC/DC model. It’s a centrifugal type with a powerful 600-watt motor that’s water-filled PMSM, and it can pump water up to a max head of 88 meters and a flow rate of 3.6 cubic meters per hour. It comes with an external controller and is perfect for garden irrigation or any situation where you need reliable water flow. Super compact but really powerful for its size.
So this motor we’re looking at is a 600W BLDC motor made from AISI 304 stainless steel, which is super durable. It’s got an encapsulated water-filled design with a thrust bearing system, so it can handle max DC 15A current and can be submerged up to 150 meters in water, with a maximum water temperature of 40°C. Efficiency goes up to 85%, and it’s got insulation class F. For voltage, it can handle up to 100V DC, but works best between 40 and 90V. Speed-wise, it goes up to 4500 RPM for plastic, and 4000 RPM for both stainless steel and helical setups. The motor enclosure is IPX8 rated, so it’s fully waterproof, and it needs a cooling flow of 0.5 liters per second to keep things running smoothly.
